“To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ…”
Ephesians 4:12

The gospel saves us from our sins and makes us more and more like our Savior, Jesus. The heart of this process involves learning to think biblically about God and viewing everything else in light of Him. Since theology affects our whole lives, the Equip classes aim to provide biblical teaching for knowing and following Jesus in all aspects of life.

What is the gospel and how does it affect our daily lives? What does the Bible teach? What does it look like to be a Christian in this city? The Essentials class addresses these and many other vital questions by looking at the good news of Jesus, the grand narrative of the Bible, and life together in the church.

Whether you have questions or simply want to learn more, we encourage everyone to take the Essentials class at least once.

Past Classes

The gospel is the good news of salvation in Christ, but its application to our lives doesn’t stop once we’ve been saved. The gospel is also meant to inform our attitudes and actions in all aspects of life. The ongoing Forum classes aim to address contemporary challenges and questions regarding Christian faith and to equip Christians to respond to these issues by communicating biblical truth in a loving way.

Past Classes

Jesus didn’t just come to heal and transform the way we relate to God, but the way we relate to each other as well. The Relationships series lays out the ways in which the good news of Jesus Christ affects how we relate to the people closest to us and how we live in community with others. The classes address questions about singleness and dating, fostering healthy and loving marriages and friendships, as well as how to raise kids and teach them about Jesus.
