Planting seeds is fun.

Watering them is chill.

What’s better is witnessing the growth that bears fruit and yields crops.

By connecting with Jesus consistently over time, we see lasting change in our spiritual journey.

Reality LA Youth’s annual winter trip kicks off Friday night, January 17. This year, we’ll embark on an adventure to El Cajon, CA, to worship, encounter God’s word, eat, swim, play games, and grow in our faith as we retreat into God’s presence in nature.

Our theme this winter will be “Culture Maker,” kicking off our 2025 focus: “New Mission.” We pray students will come away with practical steps toward making culture in their hearts, lives, homes, and city.

Here are several ways any of you can contribute:

Pray

Pray that…

• Students will experience Jesus in powerful ways.
• Students see the reality of Jesus clearly in their lives.
• Students are inspired to maintain spiritual disciplines.

Eat

Consume calories and send kids to camp! On December 8, the youth will take over the Sunday courtyard and sell hotcakes and bacon. The suggested donation is $5 a plate, but please feel free to give whatever you can.

Give

Most students can’t afford the full cost of the retreat. Your help can contribute to the discipleship of the next generation. Any and every amount makes a difference.

This retreat is open to all students who are consistently involved at Reality LA Youth Sunday Youth Connects and/or Tuesday Nights.
