Types of Messages

Reality LA sends conversational and informational text messages. Depending on your relationship with Reality LA, messages may include:

• Church gathering, event, or class information.
• Registration, appointment, or scheduling confirmations and updates.
• Volunteer assignments and coordination.
• Staff schedules, meeting updates, and operational coordination.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of attending Reality LA, participating in church activities, receiving ministry services, making a donation, or obtaining employment.

Message frequency varies. External conversations typically involve 1–4 messages per conversation. Employee operational messages may involve up to 10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Reality LA does not charge a separate fee for its text messages.

Text-message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
