Ephesians 4:12 tells us one of the responsibilities of leaders in the church is to “equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” In other words, leaders in the church should be committed to raising up and training new leaders.

One of the most intentional ways we pursue this goal at Reality LA is through our Internship program.

The Internship is a nine-month biblical training program designed to equip and empower men and women at Reality LA to be gospel-centered leaders in every context of life through theological education, spiritual formation, and development of character and leadership skills.

It consists of a weekly class, some light homework, and weekly meetings with a leader and other interns to discuss what you’re learning and how to apply it to your life. The Internship also includes a serving component at the Hope Center Food Ministry with additional opportunities for in-office experience.
