Nadine grew up in the Windy City—Chicago, Illinois—where the wind chill factor can make the air feel like it’s -35 degrees. She was formed in a Christian home and learned to trust Jesus in the trying times as well as the good times. No matter the challenge, Jesus helps Nadine make it through! She’s learned to let go and surrender all to Jesus.

Nadine was a member of Fountain Avenue Baptist Church in the 70s. After Fountain Avenue became Hope International Bible Fellowship (HIBF), she remained a member for over twenty years, and now that HIBF and Reality LA have become a single family she attends Reality LA and continues uses her gifts and talents to serve her community.

She has a grown son and two grandchildren and she is a retired Human Resources Manager living in East Hollywood. In her retirement, she wants to serve the Lord, enjoy family, rest, and travel. Every evening at home, she’s on her Kindle playing game apps and she loves word games, puzzles, and coloring the daily coloring page. She connects with Jesus through prayer, Bible study, reading devotionals, and singing worship music.

Having grown up navigating icy sidewalks and treacherous black ice, she loves making the choice to drive to the mountains when she wants a few hours of snow. Mostly, however, she revels in LA’s sunshine and great weather.
