Mary Beth grew up outside of Atlanta in a Christian family and attended Berry College in northwest Georgia. Both her father and paternal grandfather were ordained ministers in the Southern Baptist church, so Mary Beth’s been heavily involved in church community for as long as she can remember. Over time, her faith became her own and her commitment to share God’s love with people in her community deepened.

Mary Beth moved to Los Angeles after finishing college and getting married to her husband, who she had met at age sixteen. She began attending and serving at Reality LA and quickly felt at home in the community. She volunteered in the kids ministry, working with toddlers, before having her own daughter.

Spending time in nature and solitude are her favorite ways to seek and listen to God. Mary Beth lives in Monterey Hills and drives our streets in a car she won on a game show. Only in LA!
