Youth Movie Night Fundraiser

Reality LA Youth is hosting our first ever Movie Night Fundraiser to help raise funds for our Youth Winter Retreat. If you enjoy people, movies, and want to support our youth ministry, this fundraiser is for you!

Join us at the Hope Center for snacks, community, and one of the greatest Christmas films of all time. Doors open at 6:30PM and we’ll start the movie promptly at 7:30PM. We encourage you to come wearing your comfiest Christmas pajamas and bring a warm blanket!

Cost of admission is donation based. Before you enter, you can drop a donation of your desired amount into our collection jar. We’ll have candy, popcorn, hot chocolate, and more available for purchase inside. All funds collected will go toward funding our Youth Winter Retreat.

We’ll be watching the Christmas classic Home Alone, starring Macauley Culkin, Joe Pesci, Daniel Stern, Catherine O’Hara, John Heard, John Candy, Kieran Culkin…and more!

Why Home Alone, you ask?

• Because “Macauley Culkin is a tour de force.”
• Because we could all use a little more Catherine O’Hara in our lives.
• Because it’s regarded by billions across the globe as the greatest film score ever crafted by legendary composer John Williams.
• Because it was directed by the esteemed Chris Columbus, who went on to direct lesser known movies such as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
• Because not even the madman Tom Cruise would attempt the stunts performed in this movie.
• Because it held the Guinness World Record for highest-grossing live-action comedy for 27 years.

See you there!
