Ephesians 4:12 tells us one of the responsibilities of leaders in the church is to “equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” In other words, leaders in the church should be committed to raising up and training new leaders. One of the most intentional ways we pursue this goal at Reality LA is through our Ministry Training Fellowship.

Over the years, we’ve made many adjustments to its structure and curriculum, making the program more accessible and applicable, whether a participate is pursuing vocational ministry or simply desiring to grow in their understanding and communication of the gospel. This year we are excited that it has taken on a new name: Ministry Training Fellowship.

Ministry Training Fellowship is a nine-month intensive designed to develop faithful disciples in their ability to learn, serve, and lead. It will give participants a deeper understanding of Scripture, training in communicating the gospel, and will help each participant understand how God has strategically created and gifted them to uniquely contribute to his kingdom work in Los Angeles.
