Our goal as a staff at Reality LA is to serve the church body as it carries out the ministry of Jesus Christ in the city of Los Angeles. Some of us are paid to do this in either full- or part-time positions. Some of us are volunteers or interns. But we all participate in different ways on this shared mission.
To be honest, we’re kind of a mess. Our individual struggles and shortcomings may vary, but we all have them.
Each of us, however, has been redeemed by Jesus. And that makes all the difference.
In short, we want to continually equip, empower, and encourage others to be the hands and feet of Jesus in LA. And we can do that only by God's strength and Spirit.
