For the past 4 years, Reality LA has partnered with Grape Street Elementary, Hope Central Watts church, and the LAPD to host “The Princess and the Police Officer,” a father-daughter dance for 5th-grade girls entering junior high. Girls without a father figures to invite are paired with dashing LAPD officers as their escorts for the evening!

For this year’s dance, Reality LA will be providing these young ladies with beautiful gowns to wear. We are also looking for hair stylists, makeup artists, and photographers to help make the evening even more special.

Volunteers are needed at various times throughout the day. So if you’re interested in helping out with hair, makeup, or photography, please email sarah.f@realityla.com with your specific skill set and schedule.
