On Easter Sunday we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and rejoice in the life and peace found in Him. We’re excited to celebrate this event as a church together on April 16 at the Hollywood Palladium. We’ll have two gatherings, at 9AM and 12PM, with baptisms on the stage immediately following the sermon at each one.
The Hollywood Palladium6215 Sunset Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90028
We strongly encourage you to carpool or use public transportation. There are bus stops nearby, as well as a Metro Red Line Station just two blocks away (at Hollywood and Vine). You can use Google Maps Transit to get detailed instructions on getting to The Hollywood Palladium using public transit; just click the link below.
The parking lot attached to the Hollywood Palladium will be exclusively for people with disabilities and families with children 3 years and younger. Please arrive early for these reserved parking spaces. For general parking, there are metered spots and public parking lots in the surrounding area (don’t forget to bring cash for these).
Families and Kids
Our kids ministry will be available for children between the ages of 6 months to 3 years; there will also be a room set aside for nursing mothers. We invite all children age 3 and up to join us in the main gathering. We will provide Easter-themed handouts for them to engage with during the gathering. Families are free to sit anywhere, but special family seating will be available on the upper level on the east side (stage left, audience right), conveniently near our Kids Ministry area. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
We are excited to hold baptisms after each sermon on the stage of the Hollywood Palladium. Being baptized in Jesus’ name shows your identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.
Accessibility & ASL Interpretation
Accessible parking is available in the parking lot directly attached to the Hollywood Palladium. We’ll also have reserved seating for those with disabilities; our ushers will be able to guide attendees to these seats upon arrival.
This year’s Easter 12PM gathering will include ASL interpretation. When you arrive at the venue, just ask one of our volunteers to guide you to a Connect or Host team member, who will give you details on getting to the ASL section of the auditorium. If you have any questions, please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The joyful celebration of Christ’s resurrection on Easter would not be possible without the generous help of volunteers! We are asking those who call Reality LA their church home to sign up to serve our congregation as well as the many people who’ll be attending our Easter services who don’t yet know Jesus. With two gatherings this year, volunteers will be able to invite and attend a gathering with family, friends, and neighbors, and serve at the gathering before or after. You do not need to be a current RLA volunteer to sign up; we welcome those who have not volunteered before as well as current volunteers. All roles will be straightforward and we will provide day-of training for everyone.
Will it cost anything to attend?
This event is free of charge.
Will there be food?
We encourage you to share a meal before or after the gathering with members of your community group and/or visitors you may meet. There’s a wide variety of restaurants all along Hollywood Blvd.
Does Reality LA have a Good Friday service?
Reality LA is partnering with First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood for a Good Friday service April 14.
